Also on Monday, President Donald Trump called for a complete repeal of the ACA and for legislators to start with a “clean slate”:- A bill from the House of Representatives proposed the two-year delay before fully repealing the previous administration’s health law.- Sens. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Jerry Moran (R-Kansas) announced on Monday that they would oppose the Senate’s version of repeal. That effectively killed the bill, as it could only afford to lose three Senators.
