At Asure Software, we firmly believe that your success is our success. For this reason, we provide onboarding, training, support, sales, and marketing resources for our clients. Our goal is to help you be successful sooner rather than later. Our training and documentation team will work with you to ensure that you and your staff are comfortably independent with Evolution HCM.


Evolution’s training and documentation team works one-on-one with new clients to help them feel comfortable and confident navigating Evolution. In addition to working with new clients, we create and facilitate additional client training as requested.

Evolution’s team offers a blended learning approach, including classroom training, instructor-led web training, video courses, and Q&A Sessions. Training guides are provided to registered participants to support their learning.

After your initial training, our team works closely with yours for the next 45 days, providing additional training sessions to ensure a successful transition. We understand that the more time we spend up front to help facilitate your transition to Evolution, the more comfortable and ultimately successful you will be with the system.

We also proudly offer ongoing training via GoToTraining and Zoom on a variety of subjects to all clients who would like to attend.


Our support team consists of the Product Support Group and the Technical Support Group.

The Evolution Product Support Analysts respond to client calls and emails, answer questions, and examine troubleshoot issues that clients experience.

The Evolution Technical Support Group offers service bureaus technical support with IT related tasks, such as setting up and configuring an Evolution middle tier, application upgrades, performance balancing, and preventive maintenance among other things.


Service bureaus select Evolution to provide a fully integrated HCM system for their clients. We assist you with jumpstarting the new relationship by helping to convert the first several clients onto Evolution. This additional assistance enables you and your staff to begin using the technology as soon as possible to expedite your transition from your old platform.

We also work with you to establish a conversion schedule for moving your existing client base over to Evolution. We believe this extra effort on our part goes a long way in helping you be more successful using Evolution.

HCM technology is a constantly evolving landscape with new features and functionality being deployed on a daily basis and Evolution HCM technology keeping pace. As a customer, it can be difficult staying on top of the latest product updates and enhancements, tax and compliance regulations, training opportunities, sales and marketing materials, and general product documentation. We are an easy-to-navigate, one-stop Evolution resource center with comprehensive information to answer those questions, watch necessary tutorials, download materials, and more.
