Every year, Asure sets out to find businesses that are doing something harder than turning a profit: building workplaces people are proud to be part of, and communities that are better because they showed up. The 2026 Asure50 class does exactly that, and we could not be more glad to introduce them to you.
This year’s honorees span an unusually wide range of work. There are bakers and chicken fryers, water haulers and truckers, auto shops and HVAC crews, churches and schools, wealth managers and manufacturers, chiropractors and behavioral health providers, wellness centers and pool builders. Different industries, different regions, different sizes. What they share is what got them here: a genuine commitment to their teams and to the people around them, paired with the kind of steady growth that only comes from doing things right.
Asure50 honorees are chosen across three criteria: community impact, team culture, and growth. Community impact means looking past the balance sheet to how a company shows up locally, for causes, neighbors, and people who need help. Team culture means the way a company treats the people who work there, day in and day out. Growth means the trajectory, not just the size, of the business. Every company on this list stood out on all three.
