AUSTIN, Texas & STAINES, England, May 13, 2014 — Asure Software a leading provider of workplace management software solutions, today announced that its AsureSpace™ workplace management solutions will be featured in the new FM TV program for facilities management professionals, which will debut at the ThinkFM conference in London on May 13.
FM TV is a video content partnership between BIFM (British Institute for Facilities Management) and ITN Productions. The program will address the importance of facilities management to business, society and the UK economy, showcasing tangible results of strategically aligned facilities management practices. The Asure segment was filmed at Scottish Water in Glasglow, where AsureSpace solutions, including resource scheduling and integrated panel hardware solutions, work together to support the organization’s agile working and hot desking program – the Asure solutions help optimize space and promote workforce agility, collaboration and engagement.
“The Scottish Water office not only exemplifies modern, dynamic design that combines aesthetics and functionality, but also the convergence of great design with strategic planning involving FM, IT and HR to help the organization manage top operating costs – real estate, technology and personnel – in a way that benefits employees,” said Nigel Clarke, Asure Vice President & General Manager, EMEA & APAC. “Scottish Water took a progressive approach to workplace management, using Asure’s workspace management solution for a hot desking program that enables agile staff to find and reserve work and meeting spaces via a cloud-based online reservation system, or via on-site kiosks and touchscreen panels.”
“Our work with Scottish Water is a perfect example of the consumer trends we are seeing in the marketplace,” commented Pat Goepel, Asure Software CEO. “Customers are using Cloud-based, SaaS solutions to help them understand and better manage when, where and how their global employees are working. In fact, today we serve over 5,000 customers in 78 countries, and we expect the need for global, localized solutions to continue.”
