The Challenge

Lowenstein Sandler is a nationally recognized law firm with a passion for understanding its clients’ needs and providing key counsel in every represented case. However, when it came to managing multiple offices, Lowenstein Sandler was hindered by an outdated system that required manual time and labor tracking via paper records. This laborious process required more than 250 manual entries; any errors could only be corrected through complex data verification processes. Lowenstein Sandler needed an HCM solution that would eliminate paperwork, increase company productivity, and provide market-leading technology with minimal IT investment.

The Solution

Lowenstein Sandler required a cutting-edge time and labor management platform. Even more challenging, the finance department required an easy-to-use solution capable of integrating with its current payroll provider.
