Imagine for a moment that your organization relies on a paper-based system to manage office space, occupancy, and assets. Now imagine that every time a new employee is on boarded or an old asset is retired, you have to manually update several asset management spreadsheets and then share the updated information with a group of individuals – crossing fingers along the way that they actually save and keep the latest documentation.
Your organization has invested in corporate assets – from real estate to high tech equipment – designed to help employees stay productive. So why would you let these assets be poorly utilized and track the resources using an antiquated paper process?

And share valuable reports with organizational leaders to keep them in tune with office space usage and demands, along with your recommendations for the future.
3) Access information any time. Why be tethered to your desktop or laptop computer when managing company assets? With the right cloud-based platform in place, you can access up-to-the-minute data and information using any computer, tablet or right from your smartphone.
4) Get accurate and up-to-date metrics on workplace occupancy.
